Tour guide David Titley and Students at St Chads Well
Children from St Stephens School visited Lichfield and the Cathedral for a day in order to begin research into St Chad – why ? Well that will be revealed soon – and the school will be involved in producing information about the saint in order to launch a new exciting project.
The day started with conversation about all things sculpture – and a tour of sculpture in the city led the way to understudying what sculpture is all about.

The students then toured the Cathedral with specific interest on St Chad and his representation through the years. And were finally introduced into the clothing which Chad would have worn. Dean Adrian Dorber kindly created the children.
